pikopod agent replay

pikopod agent replay --ci [upstreams...] [--fail-on high|medium|low] [--handoff <path>]

Diffs each recorded response against its frozen baseline, entirely offline. With no upstream named, every configured upstream is gated. --ci is required.

Flag	Meaning
`--ci`	The CI gate.
`--fail-on <tier>`	The lowest risk tier that fails the gate: `high`, `medium` or `low`. Default `medium`. Findings below it are printed under `accepted`.
`--handoff <path>`	Also write the JSON findings and accepted entries here, for `pikopod pr comment`.

Every finding is graded high (removed, retyped, nullable, status changes, error shape), medium (a new enum value) or low (an added field); a finding the provider’s spec documents drops one tier. A fingerprint accepted with pikopod agent accept is accepted here as well. See Risk tiers.

Exit	When
`0`	Clean, or every finding below `--fail-on` or accepted.
`1`	Drift at or above `--fail-on`.
`2`	No baselines or no recordings for an upstream, or an unknown tier.
